HAZUS User Group

      You are invited to participate in the newly forming National Capital Region HAZUS-MH User Group (NCR HUG) sponsored by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and UTD Inc. The NCR HUG is a public-private partnership made up of volunteer organizations and individuals to effectively coordinate the evolving use of HAZUS-MH to support both natural and manmade risk management activities, and to involve all relevant stakeholder groups interested in Critical Infrastructure Protection, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Emergency Operations, and Natural Hazards.

Who Should Participate?
      Federal, State and Local GIS/Geospatial Specialists, Federal, States, and Local Emergency Managers, Private Industry, Universities, Engineers, Scientists, Floodplain Managers, Geologists, and others involved with geospatial and risk assessment activities.
